At the moment I’m reading a book by Eva Ibbotson called The Star of Kazan. It is about a girl who is found in a church as an infant by two middle aged ladies. The girl is named Annika and dreams of her mother every night. One day her mother actually finds her and takes her away. Annika is not so sure about this new arrangement and begins to miss Ellie and Sigrid(the two ladies who found her)I’m not sure rather Annika lives happily ever after or not but something tells me the book will end well.
